On August 16 a dog was left in a car for 14 hours at the parking lot of Wind Creek, Bethlehem casino at West Bank, Pennsylvania. United States. On August 27 authorities charged Daniel Herring with neglect and driving with a suspended driver’s license, and scheduled court appearance for September 24.
